| Description of Project:
The proposed project namely Patuakhali 1320 MW (2×660 MW) Coal Fired Super Thermal Power Plant under Ashuganj Power Station Company Limited (APSCL at Dhankhali, Kalapara Upazila, Patuakhali District. DSCL was engaged to conduct environmental quality monitoring during feasibility period, monitor the environmental safeguards of the project area, monitor the occupational and public health & safety in & around the project area, monitor the environmental pollution in the project area due to the construction activities, and accordingly preparation of the monthly environmental quality monitoring report.
The Environmental Quality Monitoring locations and parameters shall include: Ambient Air Quality Monitoring at 3 locations in 2 hours duration. The parameter are SOx, NOx, CO, SPM, PM10, PM2.5. Ambient Noise Level Measurement at 3 locations in day and night time (15 minutes duration in each time). |

Scope of Services included – Ambient Air Quality Monitoring at 03 (three) locations (Dhankhali, Kalapara Upazila, Patuakhali District) in 02 (two) hours duration; and Noise Level Measurement at 03 (three) same location of air quality in day & night time for 15 minutes duration |
