| Description of Actual Services Provided by Staff of this Firm in the Assignment:
Services Included- § Supporting the design team in determining design criteria in accordance with the requirements of NLS and workflow patterns of the WTE plant. § Collaboration with architects, structural engineers, and other specialists to create technical sound and cost-effective construction plans. § Involving in investigations and discussions with local authorities, understand local needs practice, and introduce global practices. § preparation of the Conceptual Layout for EPC Bidding. Provide expertise in civil engineering aspects, such as foundation design, structural integrity, and waste handling infrastructure. § Develop a Conceptual Construction Sequence plan to identify the project implementation requirement. § Preparation of guidelines for materials source approval and construction techniques. § Checking the Unit Price of construction works from different public works authorities of Uganda. § Preparation of the Bill of Quantities (BoQ) and the Cost Estimates Report. § Review all the Civil Construction related report. |
