From December 9–11, the joint venture of Development Solutions Consultant Limited (DSCL), ESE Engineering Services for Energy S.r.l (Italy), and GridEdge Solutions Limited successfully conducted a comprehensive stakeholder training and capacity‑building program for Power Cell, Ministry of Power, Energy and Mineral Resources.
The three‑day program covered a wide range of critical topics essential for Bangladesh’s evolving power and energy landscape, including:
✅ Solar Technology and System Design
✅ Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS)
✅ Environmental and Social Considerations
✅ DoE’s Environmental Clearance Certificate (ECC) Application System
✅ Funding Agencies’ Environmental & Social Standard Compliance
Participants engaged actively throughout the sessions, reflecting a strong commitment to strengthening institutional capacity and advancing sustainable energy solutions.
The program concluded with a certificate distribution ceremony, where the Director General of Power Cell awarded certificates to all trainees recognizing their dedication to continuous learning and professional development.
