Bangladesh Petroleum Exploration and Production Company Ltd (BAPEX), (A Company of Petrobangla) intended to carry out an Initial Environmental Examination (IEE} and Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) for ·01 Exploration Well (Srikail North-1A) and 02 Development Wells (Sundalpur-3 & Begumganj-4 West) Drilling• project At 02 Districts (i. Srikail North#1A: Mouza-Srikail, Ward-07, Village-Srikail, Union-Srikail, Upazila-Muradnagar, District-Cumllla, II. Sundalpur#3: Mouza Kakrarchor, Village-Chorkakra, Ward-02, Union-Chorkakra, Upazila-Companygonj, Dislrict-Noakhall, iii. Begumganj#4 West: Mouza -Wasekpur, Village-Wasekpur, Ward-06, Union- Ambarnagar, Upazilla Sonaimuri, District-Noakhali) to the aim of preparation of the EIA Report for obtaining the Environmental Clearance Certificate (ECC) from the Department of Environment and to make the project environmentally sound. Note that the total cost of the project Is 109,29.00 Lakh taka. |
